Flooring Structure
Pure aluminium oxide, is the main component of the top-surface of our products, including R3007 100 Virgin Wood Spc Flooring, Light Blond Brown Laminate Flooring, Click Threshold, Click Reducer, etc. This gives stability, chemical resistance, ease of cleaning, and impact and weather resistance.
The second layer is made of Melamine paper, which replicates the materials natural wood grain, colors, and patterns. This layer is pressed with the first layer at a temperature of 220 degrees under intense pressure.
The third layer is the HDF layer, which is the main bearing capacity layer. It is made of natural wood fibres that have been mixed with MF glue for the lines EA, C, K, S, U... and Polyurethane for the line WPU to pave in areas where water is frequently present, like balconies, kitchens, bathrooms, and coastal villas.
The fourth layer is made of unique synthetic materials at the bottom stabilizes the entire timber floor, creates equilibrium, and guards against termites and warping in humid areas.
All of Newskys tongue-in-groove profiles are treated with a chemical layer to maximize moisture resistance while generating smoothness for wooden flooring during use. Newskys tongue-in-groove profiles use modern technology without glue. All layers are compressed to create a solid, uniform mass that are durable.
